Requirements
- Role Overview:
As an IAM Security Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management solutions and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that employees, contractors, and partners have the right level of access to the right resources at the right time. Your focus on compliance, scalability, and user experience will be critical in maintaining a secure and efficient environment. - Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Architecture: Develop and maintain IAM frameworks, standards, and policies aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Access Governance: Implement and manage provisioning, de-provisioning, and access review processes to maintain least-privilege principles and role-based access controls.
- Technology Integration: Integrate IAM solutions with existing applications, directories, and cloud services, ensuring seamless authentication and authorization workflows.
- Monitoring & Auditing: Continuously monitor IAM activities, conduct access audits, and implement automated tools to detect anomalies and enforce security policies.
- User Experience & Training: Partner with business units to improve user onboarding and offboarding processes, and provide training or guidance to enhance overall IAM awareness.
- Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in IAM security, including policy enforcement, MFA, SSO, and PAM solutions.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, Ping Identity), directory services (LDAP, Active Directory), and authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or vendor-specific IAM certifications are preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
