Requirements

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
Experience in creating and optimizing designs for both print and digital media.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and familiarity with designing for web and mobile platforms.
Understanding of production processes and print specifications.
Proficiency in creating and editing vector graphics.
Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
Creative Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and a refined design aesthetic. The portfolio should showcase work across various mediums, such as branding, print collateral, digital design, and any other relevant design areas.
Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead design projects, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, development), and provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret client briefs, develop creative concepts, and translate them into compelling visual designs that align with business objectives.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, precision, and consistency in design work, ensuring accuracy and maintaining brand standards.
Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present design concepts, explain design decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Industry Awareness: Proactive in staying updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually enhance design skills and knowledge.
